Tingnan ang pagtotoos ng dalawang panig mula sa isang bagitong umaming dalawang taon lang naman pala sa pag-aaral ng kasulatan na siyang makulit na naghahamon sa isang formal written debate na siya din ang gumawa ng rules na tila matalino at mahusay ngunit pomapabor sa kaniyang sarili. Narito ang buong detalye ng latag ng bawat tindig ng ito'y mapagbigyan sa paksang patunayan niyang hindi ang LOGOS ang nagkatawang tao kundi ang DIOS.

AFFIRMATIVE OPENING STATEMENT:
Introduction : Magandang Araw sa lahat, Ako ay si Bro James Sumaljag na titindig sa paniniwalang may terminology na, “MODALISTIC MONARCHIANISM” — na ang Diyos ay nagkatawang tao na may parehong unawa sa Ang Diyos naging tao o God became Human.
I. TERMINOLOGY AND VIEW : Ang Modalistic Monarchianism ay naniniwala na may isang Diyos lang na nag m’manifest bilang Ama, Anak at Espiritu Santo at yan ay ang Panginoong Hesus. Sa paniniwalang ito, ang Diyos Ama na Espiritu na walang laman noon ay nagkaroon ng Laman sa New Testament Incarnation na tinawag na “SON”. Walang literal na Anak ang Ama na distinct o separate person sa kanya — bagkus ang “Son” is only a REVELATION OF THE FATHER IN HUMAN FORM. The Father IS the Son and the Son IS the Father in terms of his Identity — na walang iba kundi si Jesus Christ lang yan. Also, the Father is NOT the Son and the Son is NOT the Father in terms naman sa roles, manifestations, ministries, natures, and forms but the same identity kung sino sya. We do not deny Jesus’s dual nature as God and as Man and the distinctions of these 2 natures but these 2 natures were united in 1 Being which is in our Lord Jesus Christ (Hypostatic Union) Therefore, the “Son is God” in the sense na yung identity ng Anak ay ang Ama. “The Son is God the Father’s Manifestation in the flesh” (1 Timothy 3:16 KJV)
II. REASONS OF INCARNATION : God Incarnate as a Human or God became human in the sense na nakita ng Diyos na walang ibang Saviour sa mga tao kundi sya lang ‘’And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: therefore mine own “ARM BROUGHT SALVATION” unto me; and my fury, it upheld me. (Isaiah 63:5 KJV) At dahil dyan ang “ARM OF SALVATION” has been revealed in the flesh in accordance to Isaiah 53:1 Ang “Arm of Yahweh Revealed “ ay isang ANTHROPOMORPHIC ARM ng Diyos in human form. Hindi p’pwede na iba ang Ama at Anak dahil ang Kamay ng Ama ay ang Anak — extension ng revelation lang ng Ama ang kanyang pagiging Anak in human form. Ang logic dito, hindi p’pwede na yung kamay mo ay ibang persona o ibang being sayo, syempre kamay mo yan edi ikaw yan. Therefore, When the Father took on flesh nagkaroon sya ng dugo in Human form na kung saan namatay sya bilang tao (Son) sa krus para tayo ay maligtas at sa pamamagitan ng kanyang dugo tayo ay binili nya bilang mga ligtas (Acts 20:28) Hindi gumamit ang Ama ng ibang tao para mamatay sa krus! THE FATHER’S OWN ARM BROUGHT SALVATION.
III. SUPREMACY OF MODALISTIC MONARCHIANISM : Sa John 1:14 sinasabi sa dalawang english Bible translations ang salitang ‘was made flesh o became flesh’ na may same Greek word na “Egeneto” which means “It came to pass” “It was fulfilled” Na yung LOGOS o plano ng Diyos sa Eternity Past ay nagkatotoo na.. Pero may catch.. Dahil ang LOGOS AY MAY IDENTITY AT YUN ay ang DIYOS AMA .. “And the WORD was GOD” (John 1:1 3c) Kaya hindi lang ANG PLANO ANG NAGKATOTOO O NAGKATAWANG TAO KUNDI ANG DIYOS AMA MISMO ANG NAGPLANO NG SARILI NYANG KATAWAN KUNG SAAN SYA MAHAHAYAG SA LAMAN AT TATAWAGING SON OF GOD (John 1:14) (Luke 1:35) Supporting Views : •Christ as Son is already a Holy Being (God) at the moment of conception uniting the Divine and Flesh (Luke 1:35) •Christ is the EVERLASTING FATHER both in name and Being (Isaiah 9:6) (Micah 5:2) •Christ was in the form of God before taking on flesh (Philippians 2:5-8) •Christ has been worshipped as God both in Heaven and Earth (Philippians 2:9-11) •Christ is being addressed in Greek as KURIOS AND THEOS “LORD AND GOD” (John 20:28) •God OUTSIDE the Incarnation he is the Omnipresent Spirit as the Father — God INSIDE the Incarnation he is Jesus the Son in human form. (Colossians 2:9) •The Father and Son is Jesus himself — only 1 Being (John 10:30) •God (Spirit) and the Lamb (Flesh) has only 1 identity and that is Jesus Christ (Rev.22:3-4) •The God in Eternity to come has a glorified body sitting on One Throne — he is the ALMIGHTY GOD JESUS CHRIST THE LORD (Rev 1:8; Rev 4:8)
Conclusion : Kahit sa Old Testament time Hindi na bago sa Diyos na magkatawang tao o anghel (Theophany) pero dahil sa pagmamahal ng Diyos sa atin, he finally fully revealed himself to us as the LORD JESUS CHRIST THE FINAL REVELATION OF GOD. NEGATIVE STATEMENT
“BE IT KNOWN THAT THE BIBLE TAUGHT FIRMLY, IT WAS THE LOGOS THAT BECAME FLESH (Logos Incarnate), NOT GOD INCARNATE”
INTRODUCTION
Of the truth, precious stones or any precious metals having great value aren’t exposed visible to naked eyes anywhere particularly at surface-level. It is hidden underneath, preserved that only those who’ll exert greater effort, time, energy even resources shall be rewarded of finding it being blessed/guided by the Blessor who determines the hearts and motives of men.
TRUTH Jesus said should necessarily be discovered and be found to be free having the light that guide ones path towards right directions. You have to dig and find it with patience and resourcefulness just like looking for precious stones. Until you’ll know or find it, the only time the guarantee as reward for the seekers of witnessing the beauty of its authenticity, taking the pleasure of its worth, and distinguishing clearly what are fakes, feeble, lies, deceits, counterfeit ideas and hearsay happens.
“Study earnestly to present yourself approved to God, a workman that does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing (Strong's: dissecting correctly) the Word of Truth.” 2 Tim. 2:15
This is the very essence and nature of hermeneutics, apologetic, and proper exegesis, the discipline I am bound to obey as my guide.
In the light of the TRUTH, I’ll draw from my side three live stones enough to fatally hit and bury it in the temple of false and immature hearsay and bring down to the ground the head and body of falsehood, man-made/invented doctrines or views never the Bible taught or written like the carnal view God became man or that God mutated, transformed, metamorphosed, turned into or shifted to man, totally spurious and erroneous parroted by those being deceived.
This man-made concept was being developed profusely during the dark ages after the invention of the trinity doctrine introduced by Theophilus of Antioch in the 2nd century AD to establish their doctrine God the Father was with God the Son using a single verse from John 1:1 which technically is likened to a sinking sand applying the rule of “hapax legomenon” that a single word or verse can’t stand by itself for it needs two or three witnesses Jesus himself warned in 2 Cor. 13:1.
The only way to expurgate and expose this darkness is what JESUS taught more than 2,000 years ago, to KNOW THE TRUTH, the only way for real truth seekers be set FREE from enemy’s baits and tactics.
The views or theory that God became a Man, the Spirit became flesh, or the Father became the Son interchangeably is erroneous and hoax for the following strong proofs.
1) KNOWING THE TRUTH OF PROPER MEANING OF WORDS
- THE TRUTH ABOUT ETYMOLOGY OF WORDS (the origin of a word and the historical development of its meaning.)
A. “GOD” OR “G-D” USED IN THE ENGLISH BIBLE
Akin to classical terminology (לֹאֱ) “EL”or (אֱלֹהִ֔ים ) “El-ohim”, relative to the word commonly been used the time an English Bible version were first been released, the English word “GOD” has been the transliterations of the Bible to the ONE who is known to be the “strong one of authority” or the “mighty one”, who is the supreme or the powerful of ALL. From 2 combined characters which sounds “aleph” in bullhead pictograph denoting power or might and “lamedh” a staff or rod by pictograph denoting authority or leadership. God basically means, the strong leader or the mighty of all. This word has been the common term in epochs of old referred to the “Holy One” of Israel, the mighty one being etched, written and highly feted in the Bible, especially the TANAKH. GOD or the mighty one, mighty of all is a SPIRIT and not MAN.
B. CHRIST, HAMMASHIACH IN HEBREW AND CHRISTOS IN GREEK.
Christ comes from the Greek word χριστός (chrīstós), meaning "anointed one". The word is derived from the Greek verb χρίω (chrī́ō), meaning "to anoint." In the Greek Septuagint, χριστός was a semantic loan used to translate the Hebrew מָשִׁיחַ (Mašíaḥ, messiah), meaning "[one who is] anointed".
The title Christ attached to JESUS or had being the Messiah never meant God but referring to being the Son of God, the one being anointed or sent by the Father. (Gal. 4:4)
The Bible mentioned only once the word person which could be both be translated to “hypostasis” or “prosopon” when referring to the godhead where Paul of Tarsus, a philosopher revealed JESUS as the person (“hypostasis/prosopon”) of God. Col. 2:9-10; Heb. 1:3.
Christ is the revealed foundation or essential part of attributes; substance, essence, or essential principle.“hypostasis” (monohypostatic) of GOD (strong one of authority/mighty one) in bodily form. Col. 2:9-10
Christ is the person “prosopon” of GOD. 1 Cor. 15:45
Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. Col. 1:15
Christ is the ‘morphe’ image of God’s character of love and humility. Phil. 2:7
CHRIST JESUS is the “hypostasis” and the “prosopon” of GOD who was prophesied the perfect “image and likeness of man” in Gen. 1:26 when God (mighty one) planned it after the counsel of his own will (Eph.1:11) known to be the "logos" of God (expressed thought of God - John 1:14) materialized in due time (Gal. 4:4).
The union of God and man called “hypostatic union” was revealed or manifested in JESUS the Messiah or Christ, 1 Tim. 3:16.
Divinity and humanity as one “hypostasis” in one “prosopon”. God was in Christ. 1 Cor. 5:19; Christ is in the Father (Spirit) and the Father is in Christ (flesh) Jn. 14:11. Not that the Father is the Son, nor the Father is Christ, or couldn't be the Son is the Father or the Christ is the Father.
C. LOGOS
a) Logos, the root word of the English word logic. Logos or logic means reason, cause or the expressed thought of God. The Logos in Jn. 1:1 as its subject refers to the plan of God for redemption that was fulfilled in accordance towards God’s (‘pros ton theon’) plan from the beginning (the plan that has been materialized when God's perfect time happened (Gal. 4:4)
b) The Logos used in Jn. 1:1 is a possessive pronoun as possessive identifier denoting that it came from God not that God came from the Logos. The Latin translation of Logos is Verbo, the root word for verb referring to an actions words, it’s progressive and materialized when due time came. Gal. 4:4.
c) ‘Yo-mer’ in Hebrew which means spoken or uttered by God that came into existence. Gen. 1:3
D. THE MEANING AND SYNONYMS OF THE WORD BECAME AND MANIFEST ARE FAR DIFFERENT
a) BECAME (from dictionary and thesaurus)
i. (Verb) evolved into, enhanced
ii. Shifted, metamorphosed, turned out/into, converted to, changed into, be transformed into, emerged as
iii. Mutated
iv. NEVER THE WORD ‘BECAME’ WAS DEFINED OR RELATED TO THE WORD ‘MANIFEST’.
b) MANIFEST
i. (adjective) obvious, clear, apparent, evident, explicit, patent, distinct, transparent
ii. (verb) display, show, exhibit, demonstrate, reveal, make plain, express, declare
iii. 1 Tim. 3:16 defines it as seen, revealed, appeared in the flesh and vindicated by the Spirit.
iv. NEVER THE WORD ‘MANIFEST’ WAS DEFINED OR RELATED TO THE WORD ‘BECAME’.
2) TRUTH FROM THE SCRIPTURES OF WHAT GOD (EL) IS.
THE ESSENCE AND NATURE OF GOD (described and explained in scriptures),
HE IS:
i. SPIRIT (Gen. 1:2; Jn. 4:24), without flesh and bones. (Luke 24:39)
ii. GOD IS NOT A MAN, HUMAN, OR PERSON
a) God is not a Man (‘Adam’ in Hebrew which means man, mankind, human being) Strong’s Hebrew 120 in Num. 23:19.
b) God himself said he is not a man or (‘Ish’ in Hebrew meaning mortal man, mankind, person) Strong’s Hebrew 582 in Hosea 11:.
iii. GOD IS UNCHANGEABLE AND IMMUTABLE
a) God never changes. (Mal. 3:6; Psa. 102:25-27)
iv. GOD HAS NO BEGINNING AND CAN’T DIE
a) He from everlasting to everlasting. Psa. 90:1
b) God is Spirit. Jn. 4:24 Spirit can’t die!
v. JESUS HAD 2 NATURES.
a) As GOD, he is divine not human, the SPIRIT before Abraham as the “I AM”. Exo. 3:14; 6:3
b) As MAN, he is flesh not Spirit, not God.
c) JESUS is both 100% GOD and 100% MAN, not 50/50.
vi. THE SCRIPTURE CLEARLY SAID, IT WAS THE LOGOS THAT BECAME FLESH AND NOT GOD in John 1:14.
“Καὶ ὁ λόγος σὰρξ ἐγένετο, καὶ ἐσκήνωσεν ἐν ἡμῖν — καὶ ἐθεασάμεθα τὴν δόξαν αὐτοῦ, δόξαν ὡς μονογενοῦς παρὰ πατρός — πλήρης χάριτος καὶ ἀληθείας.” Jn. 1:14

JESUS IS NOT A MONSTER WHO MUTATED, EVOLVED, TRANSFORMED OR CHANGED ITS FORM FROM SPIRIT TO HUMAN OR HUMAN TO SPIRIT. HE REMAINED AS SPIRIT BEING, THE GOD THAT TABERNACLED OR DWELT IN THE FLESH TEMPORARILY TO SHED HIS BLOOD THROUGH CHRIST THE PERFECT MAN, THE FATHER THAT IS IN THE SON OR THE GOD THAT WAS IN CHRIST. (Eph. 1:11; Heb. 10:5,12; Col. 1:15; 2 Cor. 5:19)
3. EXTRA BIBLICAL PROOFS FROM UPCI GREAT LEADERS AND UPCPI BIBLE SCHOOLS ADHERING IT WAS THE LOGOS THAT BECAME FLESH OR THE LOGOS INCARNATED NOT GOD.
a) Andrew D. Urshan and Nathaniel A. Urshan
i. Urshan College and Urshan Graduate School of Theology are named in honor of Andrew D. Urshan and Nathaniel A. Urshan, whose ministries represent a century of global Apostolic Pentecostal leadership. In 1999, the UPCI General Conference in Nashville, Tennessee, voted to establish Urshan Graduate School of Theology.
ii. The teachings of UPCI Bible Schools including the UPCPI Bible Schools adheres the teachings that it was the LOGOS that incarnated or the LOGOS became flesh, contrary to the erroneous teachings GOD became flesh as explained clearly quoting Andrew Urshan’s writings.
- “Our Lord before He came in the flesh, He eternally existed as “God-and-Word,” notice: He was not only the Word of God, (Logos) but also the very God, just as His beloved apostle said, “in the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God.” Here our Lord is declared to be both God and the Word. The reader must also notice that God did not become flesh and God was manifested in the flesh. So to say “God incarnate” is not right for God can not be begotten, nor can He be born of a woman, but to say the Word incarnate and God was the personified Word reconciling the world unto himself in His glorious and omnipresent Being, is scriptural teaching.”

A. IN THE INCARNATION THE LOGOS BECAME FLESH
Scriptural Reference:
John 1:14 “And the Word became flesh (human, incarnate) and tabernacled among us.” ANT
The dictionary meaning of “to incarnate” is given as “to embody in flesh.” In the incarnation the Logos became flesh (John 1:14) and God was manifest in the flesh (1 Tim. 3:16). This is correct scriptural terminology God could not be born of Mary, but He did manifest Himself in that flesh that was born of Mary. The flesh that was born was the Logos incarnate. This does not make two persons, for the Logos was God.
CONCLUSION:
By these proofs as lively stones being established, fallacy and delusional argument from a novice kid who pretended to be an apologist yet without any credentials are clearly exposed and debunked by:
1) Understanding and applying properly the discipline of proper word study of scriptures extracting the very gist of accurate word meaning.
2) Understanding and deviating not from what the scriptures has said either verbatim, “ipsissima verba” or staying in the context harmonizing beautifully all scriptures appropriately.
3) By the words and wisdom of great men of God especially in the fields of academe,
the lies, hallucinations and deceptive, erroneous man-made inventions and hearsay my neophyte opponent has now been exposed by the TRUTH presented above. I wonder if the MONSTROUS ‘GOD BECAME FLESH’ THEORY (which nowhere in the scriptures can be traced) CAN STILL STAND BY ITSELF WITHOUT A HEAD, BODY AND LEG TO CLING ONTO.
